INVICTUS

Invictus is a 9.72m aluminium work vessel. Previously part of the Queensland Parks fleet, Invictus has twin 250HP outboard Suzuki motors. She has a shallow draft, meaning she is perfect for working under bridges and in shallow waters on marine civil construction projects.

Invictus has worked at many locations in the Brisbane River, most recently:

  • Kingsford Smith Drive Upgrade Project
  • Brisbane City Council Ferry Terminal inspections
  • BP Port North Pipeline
  • Graincorp Terminal
  • Ampol (recently Caltex) Terminal
  • Incitec Pivot Terminal

Invictus has a large 3.5 tonne deck load capacity, one tonne hiab and remote ramp door, making her the perfect work platform for pile remediation and inspection projects. Invictus has also worked for CMG in the Whitsundays providing transfer services for Queensland Parks personnel and equipment. She has also completed many projects in Moreton Bay including mooring inspections at Flinders Reef and Flat Rock, and been the diving support vessel for underwater welding works on the Tangalooma Wrecks.
