Wathagar Cotton Farm
Client: Wathagar Cotton Farm
CMG is pleased to report the successful completion of a series of critical tasks at the Wathagar Cotton Farm, South West of Birsbane.
Our team worked diligently to execute each phase of the project. Below are the key activities that were successfully carried out:
- Assisted with the Installation of Water Intake Pipes and Fish Screens: Our team played an integral role in the installation of essential water intake pipes at the Wathagar Cotton Farm. We also assisted with the installation of advanced fish screens, ensuring that the water intake system operates efficiently while protecting aquatic life and maintaining sustainability.
- Diver-Conducted Seabed Survey: A specialized diver was employed to conduct a comprehensive seabed survey. This survey provided invaluable data regarding the seabed’s structure, ensuring that all subsequent installations would be secure and in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Mounting Clamps for the Intake Pipes: To secure the intake pipes in place, we meticulously mounted clamps under water. This step required careful coordination to ensure the pipes were firmly affixed, preventing any potential movement that could compromise the system’s integrity.
- Underwater Broco Cutting of Piles for Pipe Clamping: To ensure the intake pipes were properly secured, our team utilized underwater broco cutting techniques to cut through the piles that the pipes are clamped to. This process was completed with precision to ensure the structural integrity of the installation while maintaining safety protocols throughout the operation.
Each phase of the project was executed with the highest level of professionalism and adherence to safety standards. The successful completion of this project further reinforces CMG’s reputation for handling complex, multi-faceted operations in challenging environments.
