“As you get older, you start to question things. You want to live better, think better, look after yourself more. You don’t always know what that is, and you don’t have to. Just respect that everyone’s on their own journey and doing their best to move forward. That’s what matters.”

“Cooking for the crew is a big job — timing it all, making sure it comes together. But I love it.”
