Commercial Marine Group supported Jetty and Marine Constructions on the Palm Beach West Boat Ramp Redevelopment, delivering specialist underwater construction works for a public boating upgrade in Rockingham, Western Australia.
The project formed part of a broader upgrade to improve recreational boating access, launch and retrieval functionality, jetty infrastructure and long-term asset performance for the Rockingham boating community.
Working within a coastal marine environment, CMG supported key works below the waterline to help prepare, stabilise and protect the asset.

At Palm Beach West, CMG’s role focused on underwater works that support durability, stability, and long-term performance, including pile protection, seabed preparation, scour protection, underwater cutting, and accurate precast concrete installation.
These works required precise sequencing, experienced commercial diving crews, safe underwater construction methods and close coordination with Jetty and Marine Constructions.
The project highlights CMG’s ability to support principal contractors and government-funded marine infrastructure projects with specialist capability across commercial diving, underwater construction, pile protection, scour protection and marine asset delivery.
From seabed survey to final concrete panel installation, CMG helped deliver the below-waterline construction detail needed to support a safer, stronger, and more functional recreational boating facility for the Rockingham community.
